We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you still need to return it, you can do so within 14 days of receiving your package.

Our prices are fair and transparent, with no hidden margins. Therefore, you will be responsible for the cost of returning your order.

Because we work with cosmetic products, we can only accept returns of unopened products with intact seals. We therefore recommend carefully reading the product description beforehand to ensure the product is suitable for you.

Important for returns:

• In case of a return, we will only refund the money after the order has been fully received and checked.
  
• If you would like to register a return, please do so via our contact form, stating your order number at the top and providing a clear and valid reason for the return.
